La Sucre
My final destination at this point is Uyuni to visit the Salt Flats, in order to get there I have to go through La Sucre and Potosi.

La Sucre is the oldest capital of Bolivia and it’s still has an important part as an administration capital. I felt Sucre was cleaner and more organized than any other city I visited in Bolivia. It’s small compare to other cities and has some of the best maintained Spanish architecture. I had breakfast and spent a couple of hours wandering around before I took a bus to go West to Potosi.
Potosi is a small city but it’s a transportation hub where you can take buses to other places. Although it’s small it had some activities; the Dakar rally car race was taking place in Uyuni Salt Flats and some people were staying at the hotels in Potosi. There was a guy who for a while I thought was trying to do a stunt jump but then I learned he was attempting to suicide. He was saved by the emergency teams but it was an interesting event for many people in this little town. Anyway, I had lunch and then took the bus to Uyuni.
